Azure CloudOps Lead

The Azure Cloud Operations Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Azure cloud infrastructure. This role involves managing a team of cloud engineers, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Azure cloud operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of Azure cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of cloud services.
Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards.
Collaborate with development, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services.
Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.

Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and resource utilization.
Manage incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience:
Proven experience in cloud operations, preferably with Azure.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
