Role & responsibilities
1. Attend calls/emails from partners (brokers, agents etc.) to provide adequate information related to insurance policies/queries/statuses/ Tech & Portal Issues
2. Informing partners about any modifications in the policy/Product. /Portal.
3. Interface between internal stakeholders and Partner/s
4. To guide for tech issue & resolving all their queries.
5. Suggest improvements in products & processes to improve partner satisfaction.
6. Solicit sale of additional or new products and services.
7. Keep partner transactions and interaction records including all the complaints, enquiries, comments, and actions performed.
8. Need to maintain TAT.
9. Need to do Outbound calls as and when require.
Skills and abilities
1. Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
2. Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) with basic typing skills
3. Able to work in flexible work timings. (Ready to work in Shift & Roster)
4. Approachable & ability to pacify partners and handle/resolve all their queries.
5. Multi-tasker and a Go-getter.
6. Paying attention to details.
7. Sound judgement skills with good listening abilities
8. Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment.
9. Resolve problem efficiently after critically analyzing situations.
