Digit Insurance - Partner Onboarding & Licensing Role (3-6 yrs)

- Ensure smooth processing of Agent Onboarding applications & service requests as per TAT.

- Ensure compliance as per Internal & regulatory guidelines.

- Timely response to queries, complaints, and grievances.

- Publish daily MIS/TAT reports.

- Serve as SPOC between central team and other Support functions.

- Record maintenance.

- Agent Licensing and Servicing.

- Hands on experience in Distribution Operations and related processes.

- Understanding on types of Intermediaries , their Onboarding Process and Documentation.

- Must be well versed with MS-Excel, macros would be advantage.

- Good Communication, Keen on taking ownership and responsibility, Flexible and self-starter.
