Job Description
- Interact with customers to understand their business process

About you:
- Must have technical skills:
- 2 5 years experience as a CRM consultant
- Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions
- Good understanding of Agile practices, Kanban, Epic, user stories etc
- Prior experience in Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.
Must have soft skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Willingness to learn and be open to different perspectives
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Sense of accountability of individual and team deliverables
- Knowdege of ZOHO crm, Desk, Projects Inventory, and other commonly used ZOHO Apps
- Recommended but not essensial - Marketing Autmation, Finance Suit
