Role & responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching on corporate law and business structure in various jurisdictions
2. Corresponding with clients via email along with query resolution
3. Drafting of corporate documents and other relevant documents pertaining to client services.

Ideal Candidate

1. Should have a LLB/LLM degree

2. Candidates awaiting their final semester results can also apply

Profile

1. This would be client facing. The role would involve speaking to different clients from primarily international jurisdictions.

2. You would also have to liase with law firms across the Globe and understand bits of International Company Law

3. All training would be provided by our company

4. We are looking primarily for candidates with an efficient skillset.
