Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Digilabs LLP is a Digital Marketing Agency that assists businesses in building
competent brands to achieve growth and success. We are seeking an experienced
individual to join our dynamic team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist.

We aim to elevate ourself and our clients online presence, employing innovative strategies to drive growth and visibility across digital platforms, helping them reach their target audience and accomplish their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
  • Manage the technical setup and execution of social media marketing campaigns across Google Workplace, Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Implement and optimize targeting, tracking, and audience segmentation for lead generation and branding campaigns.
  • Ensure proper alignment of the technical infrastructure with the goals of each campaign, ensuring seamless performance and outcomes.


  1. Technical Allocations:
  • Allocate and oversee all technical aspects of campaign execution, including ad setups, tracking codes, pixels, analytics configurations, and campaign integrations across platforms.
  • Coordinate with other departments (creative, content, design, etc.) to ensure that the technical components align with the campaign's goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns (e.g., tracking, delivery, optimization issues).


  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop detailed technical reports on the performance of each campaign, focusing on KPIs such as ROI, conversions, engagement rates, and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights and suggest improvements or optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, including successes and areas of improvement, to the management and marketing teams.


  1. Branding and Lead Generation:
  • Assist in technical execution for both branding exercises and lead generation initiatives. Leverage technical insights and platforms’ capabilities to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead acquisition.


  1. Industry Knowledge & Adaptation:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the social media and digital marketing space. \
  • Keep abreast of platform-specific changes (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and adapt the technical approach accordingly to maintain optimal campaign performance.


  1. Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, creative, data) to ensure the technical execution is aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and marketing team to ensure smooth campaign delivery and troubleshooting.


  1. Platform Management:
  • Oversee the technical management and configurations of advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and WhatsApp Business API to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.
  • Manage technical elements such as A/B testing, custom audience targeting, and ad placement strategies to maximize performance.



Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media campaigns on platforms such as Google Workplace, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of ad platforms, tracking codes (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), and campaign measurement tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social to manage social media.
  4. Become familiar with social media automation tools and backend reporting dashboards.
  5. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lead generation techniques.
  6. Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  7. Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to change tone and style for different social media platforms.
  8. Knowledge of how SEO and content marketing work.
  9. Understanding of how to advertise on social media and how to make campaigns that reach the right people.
  10. Knowledge of software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
