We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients and markets through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt and enhance business strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, lead conversion rates, and client acquisition. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and customer relationship management.
