Software Quality Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team and specialize in testing ATM systems. The ideal candidate will ensure our ATM software and hardware meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field OR a Master s degree in relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in the QA/Software Testing domain.
Experience of working in Agile & SDLC environment.
Proficiency in testing methodologies.
Hands on experience with defect and test management tools like JIRA/XRAY.
Proficient in designing high-quality test cases that are clear and comprehensive.
Automation knowledge on any UI automation tool is preferable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably with ATM systems or banking applications.
Certifications in ISTQB are a plus

Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts for ATM systems, covering functional, integration, regression, performance and security aspects.
Prepare test environment setup for assigned scope with minimal guidance.
Execute the manual and automated testing.
Conduct regression and retesting for resolved defects.
Identify, log and prioritize defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
Understand and follow best practices, defined processes and tools.
Prepare daily test report and share insights with manager
Ensures timely delivery and quality of the deliverables for the assigned work.
