Position Overview :
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-generation retail solutions, starting with Smart Store. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail industry, technological trends, store associate challenges, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product management and a passion for innovation in retail technology. This position will report to the Head of Global Product and Partner Strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Product Vision and Strategy : Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for smart retail solutions, starting with smart store, that align with the company's overall objectives and market needs.
- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product strategy and development.
- Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones. Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Act as the central point of contact for all product-related activities.
- Eco-system Partner Collaboration : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key solutions and development partners. Act as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support and facilitating engagements with eco-system partners.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and validate product concepts. Use this feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies. Ensure successful product launches and adoption. Work with marketing team to build new contents that are aligned to product development and new solution launch.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with Retail & Consumer industries trends, competitive landscape, and
competitive edge.
