Working in dial a bank was my biggest mistake. Owner did not pay me first 3 month because I didn't achieve my target.
They treat people as machine after clear mention in offer letter about office hours 8 hour daily. I had to work daily 11 to 12 hour. If you don't they will misbehav paying salary on time. Owner is an arrogant person
