Associate Team Leader - Finance & Accounting (9-12 yrs)

- Execute and Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle for DHR and its portfolio companies.

- Review, analyze, and deliver relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for strategic, financial, and operational feedback.

- Develop and deliver reporting metrics for leadership and stakeholders

- Engage in posting, preparing, and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Prepare financial statements, support month-end closing, and prepare various reports.

- Responsible for managing and executing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Provide support for statutory and tax audits.

- Guided and developed a high-performing team of staff accountants and senior accountants.

- Ensure the team delivers prompt and high-quality service, meeting all timelines.

- Work closely with stakeholders in India/APAC and the US to develop and establish processes.
