Position Title: Advocated Lawyer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Manage property registrations and obtain No Objection Certificates (NOC).

Create and review land documents like sale deeds and agreements.

Prepare, verify, and register legal documents (Dastavej) related to land transactions.

Provide legal guidance on property-related matters.

Verify property titles and ensure there are no legal issues.

Represent the company in legal matters, if needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws)

Experience: 3 to 8 years in handling property-related legal work.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of property law and documentation.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
