Job Description
As part of DevOps team IT Consultant, you will be providing consultancy to the business on end to end IT landscape and helping them to onboard to EGAP platform to enable the process of declaration via IT tools and platform. Sometimes, business is expecting suggestions / proposals from consultant to help on process automation to bring business efficiency with less cost and time.
With the concept of product team, it is important that the consultant can understand product in terms of technology framework, cost, security /vulnerability and managing business stakeholder expectations. This requires some experiences in logistic environment specialize in Customs process.
Last but not least, knowledge of IT landscape like networking, security, web, cloud technology are all in your support league.

As a Senior Consultant, having logical analysis skill, end to end business process knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of IT Landscape will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a IT consultant aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of logistic process and business process in Customs Clearance domain. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
