Urgent Opening for Executive/Assistant Manager - HR in Dharampal Premchand Limited (BABA Group)

Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition, Manpower planning, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Generalist
• Responsible for overall Recruitment of Sales Team at Pan India level.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand and fulfill hiring needs, translating business goals into actionable recruitment plans.
• Employee Onboarding and Induction.
• Acquiring talent having hands off experience on job portals. Also maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database/Pipeline of all candidates. Managing TAT.
• Designing compensation structure and salary negotiation to selected candidates regarding compensation.
• Sending offer Letter to the selected candidates and ensure their joining within stipulated time
• Responsible for TA budgets.
• Accountable for accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and personnel files.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Upto ₹5 LPA
