Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate sales leads.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide solutions for their real estate requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by consistently meeting deadlines.
