General Manager-Commercials For a Leading Supply Chain Mgm Company

Role & responsibilities

• Strong organizational management skills, specially in accounts and finance domain.

• Build and nurture client relationships, managing contractors and creating bids for new projects.

• Advanced Negotiation, Vendor & Contract Management skills.

• Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs.

• Analyzing current strategies, and developing improved action plans.

• Strong Problem Solving skills, while keeping financial limitations in mind.

• Leadership abilities to lead team and make new system to organize work.

• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping

• Hands-on experience with budgeting and P/L management.

• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

• Solid analytical and decision-making skills

• Open to Automation/New Methods

• Zeal for cost saving/time saving/energy saving.

• Proven experience in effectively managing a team of at least 4-5 individuals.

• Abilities to handle promptly responding various communication channels simultaneously, viz. emails, messages, calls etc.

• Prior experience working within a PAN India company, thus having an understanding coordinating across diverse regions.

• Sound willing and understanding of reading and interpretations the Contracts

• Able to Provide MONTHLY BALANCE SHEET

• Good Knowledge of Accounts Adjustments

• Sound knowledge of Debtors and Creditors Management

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Accounts

• Proficiency in accounting Software and applications, Tally.

• Excellent knowledge of taxations /applicable laws.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience at Manager level in commercial or financial role

• Demonstrated ability to manage commercial aspects, manage contracts, manage supply chain, and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients.

• Experience with Logistics and Warehousing Industries.

• Experience with local tax laws and regulations is a plus.

• Experience to handle multiple branches will be preferred
