About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Associate Product Head to lead product strategy, development, and execution for our [industry-specific] product line. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user experience design, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to drive product success. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the product aligns with business goals and delivers exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

- End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage customer feedback, user research, and data analytics to drive continuous product improvements.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define and execute GTM strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.

- Performance & Growth Metrics: Monitor key product metrics (NPS, conversion, retention, revenue impact) and iterate based on performance insights.

- Innovation & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities for differentiation.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in Product Management (with at least 7 years in a leadership or senior role).

- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS / Fintech / E-commerce /real estate.

- Strong experience in Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, UX/UI, and Agile Development.

- Hands-on experience with A/B Testing, User Research, Data Analytics, and Performance Metrics.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
