Job Description


Job Title: Exhibition Sponsorship Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Expo Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue for our exhibitions and events. This
is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in sponsorship sales to join
a dynamic and growing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sponsorship Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sponsorship sales strategy to achieve
revenue targets.
2. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors for our exhibitions and
events.
3. Sponsorship Renewal: Build relationships with existing sponsors to ensure renewal and
upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
4. Sponsorship Packages: Develop and customize sponsorship packages to meet the needs of
potential sponsors.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and achievement of
business objectives.
6. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and other
stakeholders.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the
sponsorship market.
8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales pipeline updates,
conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the exhibition team to ensure alignment and effective
delivery of sponsorship benefits.
10. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market
developments.
Requirements:
1. Education: MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the exhibitions and events
industry.
3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation,
communication, and relationship-building skills.
4. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the exhibitions and events industry, including
sponsorship trends and best practices.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling sales proposals and presentations.
