Required Technical Skill Set - SSO, MFA, IDM

Must-Have

Strong understanding of SSO, MFA and LDAP concepts.

Expertise in one of below tools

• CA Siteminder or equivalent tools like Okta, PingFederate etc
• CA Advanced Authentication
• Threatmetrix
• CA Access Gateway
• CA API Gateway
• CA Identity Manager
• CA Directory (LDAP), Active Directory etc

Good-to-Have

Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Sumologic

Ticketing tool Service Now

Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operation System and Infrastructure

Knowledge of AWS infrastructure

Knowledge in Azure Access Management

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Has a strong understanding of SSO mechanism and aware different integration patterns with SSO

(Webagent, SAML, OAuth, IAM as a Service etc.).

2 Have good Infrastructure knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

3 Has understanding of ITIL process like incident, problem and change management

4 Have understanding need of MFA ad different mechanism used in MFA (KBA, OTP, Passkey etc)

5 Have understanding of Automatic Provisioning and Deprovisioning of User ID, Role based access,

ID reconciliation etc
