Minimum 15+ years of work experience as system architect in handling Semiconductor/ Embedded projects

• Have strong technical background and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Solid knowledge in Hardware Circuits Design/ RTL FPGA Design/CAD PCB Design/ Firmware Embedded design.
• Proven track-records in successful completion of project from conceptualization till implementation.
• Strong knowledge in people management and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or in related field.

Hardware Design Flows

Should be strong in Analog, Digital, Power supply designs

Schematic design using OrCAD, PADS

Understanding board stackup, layout verification using Allegro tool

Good knowledge of interfaces like DDR3, DDR3L,USB, RS232/422/485, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, HDMI.

Should have been involved in design, implementation and testing of any 32 bit and above processor or controller based boards.

Knowledge on SI, PI, Thermal tools

Strong in Microcontroller, Processor and FPGA based designs

Should be able to simulate and implement Analog designs using Op-amps, ADCs, DAC

SERDES, PCIe, High speed interfaces

EMI/EMC and Certifications.

Note:

Applicants should have a strong (at least 10+ years) experience in working on or delivering Avionics and Defense Electronics projects.

Lead hardware design activities from concept to production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Played the role od an Architect or a Design Head/ Lead for a minimum of 5 years
