Receptionist/Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Direct and oversee School Receptionist and School Admission Counsellor personnel.
• Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the companys social media presence across platforms.
• Strategy Development: Create, implement, and drive effective marketing and admission strategies.
• Budget & ROI Monitoring: Develop and track campaign budgets while ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Industry Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with industry best practices in admissions, marketing, and technology.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a strong team environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Management Information System (MIS): Maintain and analyze relevant data for reporting and decision-making.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with a pleasing personality.
• Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for documentation, reporting, and presentations
