Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and vision for the DevOps team, defining and implementing best practices across multiple cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define the cloud infrastructure strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and highly available multi-cloud architectures
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
• Drive the automation of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security processes across multiple cloud platforms
• Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, driving automation, efficiency, and agility across the software delivery lifecycle
• Maintain expertise in cloud services, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and DevOps methodologies, solving complex technical challenges across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders, including developers, senior management, and clients
• Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of multi-cloud infrastructure

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with a proven track record of success
• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps engineering role with significant leadership experience
• Proven experience designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale, secure, and reliable solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. )
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing DevOps teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure (Professional Level) are highly valued
• Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives

Desirable

• Multi-Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience and deep understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure services, best practices, and architectural patterns
• IaC Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Terraform or other IaC tools, with the ability to design and manage complex infrastructure as code templates across multiple clouds
• Scripting and Programming: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and proficiency with one or more programming languages (e. g. , Python, Java, Go) for building robust automation solutions
• Security Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, security automation, compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO), and incident response strategies across multiple clouds
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills, fostering a positive team environment, inspiring innovation, and effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences
