Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (6-25 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Ensure Salesforce platform security and compliance with industry standards.

- Optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Salesforce applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL).

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

- Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench).

- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset).

- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
