Job Description
- Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for capital markets products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Implement and optimize trading algorithms, risk management tools, and pricing models.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through code reviews and refactoring.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in capital markets technology to propose innovative solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Mandatory Skills:
- C++
- Mandatory Skills Description:- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of capital markets
- Good in C++ programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- Experience with distributed computing and parallel programming.
- Knowledge of financial mathematics and quantitative analysis.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
- Previous experience in developing trading systems or risk management software.
- Certification or coursework related to capital markets or financial engineering.
