Oracle Fusion Finance Developer

Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and upgrades, focusing on core financial modules such as AR, AP, CE, FA, and GL.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Payables, Receivables, Payments, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses, and Fixed Assets.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring effective system configurations and integrations.
Develop and support reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, and assist in data modeling for reporting purposes.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into reporting and analysis solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, collaborating with Oracle on bug fixes.
Perform root cause analysis and provide functional and technical problem-solving support.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management methodologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Oracle Projects (PPM) module is a plus.
Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling.
