Job Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

- Create organizational structure and define the OKRs for departments/roles.

- Design and implement policies and processes.

- Identify skill gaps to develop and retain talent.

- Career Path and Emerging Leaders

- Design the framework for succession planning.

Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management system across the company to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Design the process for consistent periodic review and feedback.

- Implement a 360-degree analysis system.

- Oversee the annual process of employee compensation and benefits.

Reports & Dashboard:

- Create periodic dashboards for departmental and company-wide use
