Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ORAN L1/L2 Developer with strong expertise in ORAN, Massive MIMO, Fronthaul, and FAPI. This role focuses on the design and development of PHY and Layer 2 solutions for 4G/5G or other OFDM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ORAN software solutions for telecommunication networks.

- Integrate ORAN solutions with existing network infrastructures.

- Perform testing and validation of ORAN systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize network performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ORAN deployment and operation.

- Participate in the continuous improvement and enhancement of ORAN solutions.

- Document and maintain technical specifications and track project progress.

Qualifications :

Experience : 4-8 years in ORAN development, with a strong knowledge of Massive MIMO, Fronthaul, FAPI, and other related technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Proven hands-on experience with PHY layer and Layer 2 development for 4G/5G or OFDM-based systems.

- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.

- Familiarity with 5G/LTE feature design and development is essential.
