Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Recruiter

Client-Specific Expertise

• Must have experience working with State clients such as the State of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to handle C2H (Contract to Hire) positions effectively.

Team Management

• Monitor and review the daily activities of freshers and team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage team performance, establish performance metrics, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain effective communication within the team.

Recruitment Operations

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Source candidates from job portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Yahoo Hot Jobs, and post jobs on various platforms.
• Work on diverse hiring models, including Contract, Permanent, and C2H roles.
• Ensure proper coordination for background checks, drug tests, and other formalities leading to candidate placement.

Domain Knowledge

• Possess in-depth knowledge of US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and US visa classifications.
• Stay updated on IT trends and technologies relevant to client requirements.

Performance and Strategy Development

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, understanding client requirements and mapping appropriate talent pools.
• Maintain a strong conversion ratio of submittals to interviews and placements.
• Publish weekly progress reports to management, outlining achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication

• Maintain close contact with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and offshore teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, crucial for liaising with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure high levels of service delivery.

Independent and Team Work

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual success.
