Responsibilities:
1. Sales - Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve/ Exceed sales target for assigned territory
2.New Business Development - Identify & secure new business opportunities by cold calls & visiting potential customers
3. Market Analysis- Analyse Market trends, Customer needs and Competitor activities & develop appropriate strategies
4. Account Management- Manage existing Key customers, identify growth opportunities & ensure regular follow up to increase sales volume
5. Provide Sales forecast & prepare report on Sales performance & Market feedback
6. Product Knowledge & Training- Maintain up to date knowledge of Abrasive Products, Application & Industry trend for training purpose
7. Develop & implement promotional schemes to promote product, Awareness & Demand generation
8. Receivables - Ensuring that receivables are effectively controlled to achieve overall NOD target
9. Lead & Motivate the team in area, Provide training & support to achieve budgeted sales target
