Technical Program Manager _ DevOps

Job Description:

- 11+ years professional experience and relevant track record of leading AWS Agile delivery digital product strategy & execution, change & culture transformation.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills in the area of AWS and DevOps, including ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and escalate potential delivery issues.

- Drive adoption of Scrum / Agile methodologies for outlining and delivering key objectives in the areas of Cloud and DevOps practice from product, delivery and cultural perspective.

- Foster engagement and collaboration between teams to bring technology together ensuring it runs in an agile manor with the end product and customer experience at the forefront.

- Define Scrum / Agile methodologies and collaborate with global AWS, DevOps team and Platform Heads to continually develop and improve agile adoption across cloud delivery and engineering to the end user.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Experience is must in AWS & understanding of Micro-services architecture.

- Worked on Jira & confluence.
