Business Management Analyst

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with the COO team as well as control partners (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Regulatory Affairs)
• Build close partnerships with the Wholesale and Institutional leadership and sales teams
• Support / lead the vendor invoice processes
• Assist with Travel and Expense submissions (T&E)
• Policy review along with ensuring proper compliance with policies and procedures
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned

• Project management and organizational acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active and ability to work independently
• Regulatory/Compliance experience a plus
• Self- motivated and enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Salesforce experience is a plus
