Role & responsibilities

• Skills required: Performance Management experience and compensation experience , setting up system
• Working on Designing reports
• Working in HR Operation, comfortable working as an individual contributor, Working on Performance processes and reward ,Answering queries based on employee mailboxes, setting up the system, UAT testing, data cleansing, updating training material, putting goal material, help them to improve their performance.
