Hospital Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage NABH accreditation processes including full accreditation knowledge, implementation, and compliance.
• Ensure that all hospital departments align with NABH Quality Standards and maintain full compliance with the standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor hospital-wide quality management systems to continuously improve patient safety and service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and accreditation requirements.
• Plan and conduct training programs for staff to enhance knowledge and adherence to NABH standards.
• Work closely with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.
• Prepare and maintain reports on quality performance and accreditation status for senior management.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making for quality initiatives and hospital-wide improvements.
• Manage and supervise the quality management team, providing leadership and direction to ensure efficient operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in hospital quality management, with a proven track record of working with NABH standards and accreditation.
• Expertise in NABH Full Accreditation Knowledge, NABH Quality Standards, NABH Implementation, and NABH Compliance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and a commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
• Strong skills in Training & Development, with the ability to build and sustain a knowledgeable and competent team.
• Experience in preparing and managing quality-related reports and documentation.
