Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within designated markets and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends, tailoring offerings to align with business objectives.
Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Present, negotiate, and close business deals that meet client requirements and business goals.
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that resonate with client needs.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Regularly provide reports on sales forecasts, achievements, and challenges to leadership.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of solutions.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts such as campaigns, events, and content creation by contributing industry-specific insights.
Thought Leadership and Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Share knowledge and insights with the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience and Expertise:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Exceptional consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of how to identify and address client needs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and analyze data.
- Familiarity with industry-relevant products or services (e.g, SaaS, consulting, or technology solutions).
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
