Profile :- Desktop Support Engineer

Exp- 2+ Years

Location - Tapukara (Alwar)(50 KM from Gurgaon)

Notice Period - Immediate to 10 days only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Desktop Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems.

2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems, including:

- Microsoft Outlook and printer installation and configuration

- Office 365 (O365) setup and troubleshooting

4. Network Support: Provide support for network-related issues, including:

- DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting

- VPN setup and troubleshooting

5. Antivirus Support: Provide support for antivirus software, including:

- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of antivirus software

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

7. Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including employees and management.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of:

- Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7)

- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Office 365 (O365)

- DNS and DHCP

- VPN

- Antivirus software

4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
