Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops using Windows OS and other relevant operating systems.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning up temporary files and updating antivirus definitions.
- Manage IT assets through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
