3. Remote support
4. Software / Application Installations through Remote tool
5. Network monitoring knowledge
6. Routers / Switches / Wifi Access Points installations and maintenance
7. OS installations and configurations
8. Domain Adding / Removal
9. Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
10. He has to handle 15 to 20 Branches through remote support
11. Asset maintenance (Desktop / Laptop / all devices )
12. Bio metric support
Preferred candidate profile
Any graduate with 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer.
