Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage labor control on-site, including supervising workers and coordinating tasks.
  
• Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  
• Ensure effective site management by implementing quality control measures and maintaining a clean work environment.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
