- Lead and manage the design team to ensure timely and quality delivery of project designs.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and approve design documents and drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design team members.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and construction, to ensure design feasibility.
- Manage design budgets and schedules.
- Conduct design reviews and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
