Job Overview:
As the Design Lead (UX/UI), you'll oversee and guide a team of talented UX/UI designers to create compelling and effective user experiences across digital platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of design quality, from user research to pixel-perfect final designs. Your expertise in both UX and UI design will help shape our products, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
• Develop and implement user-centered design strategies that align with product and business goals.
• Guide the team through the entire design process: user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final implementation.
• Ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all platforms (web, mobile, etc.) by working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with project requirements and user needs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, translating user needs and business goals into actionable design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our designs remain cutting-edge and impactful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UX and UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UI patterns, and best practices.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting user testing and research.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, working efficiently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
