Job Title: Senior Engineer- Design Review

• Well versed in design STADD pro, Auto CADD Software Coordinates with structural consultant and architect, and review design drawings of multiple structures in all projects and ensures compliance with applicable internal and external requirements Coordinates, administers, and routes all projects through the design review process and serves as a primary point of contact to assist customers and provide guidance through the process from beginning to approval of entitlement Establishes and maintains project review timelines and schedules.
• Provides final verification of approval of design and entitlement review documents.
• Compiles and analyzes data; prepares and reviews related reports and correspondence.
• Maintain data related to design received, reviewed and recommendations Coordinate with architect for timely incorporation of the recommendations in the drawing
• Visiting all project site as per requirement in Bhubaneswar and across Odisha.

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

• Total 10 years of experience after B. Tech Experience in High Rise Building is must 5 year experience in Design/Design Review
