Responsibilities

• Preparing Piping Material Spec.

• Developing System Schematics and detailed system drawings/P&IDs

• Preparing Design Philosophy of Piping systems

• Review of Piping system drawings

• Interface study and verification

• Technical Bid Evaluation for Equipment

• Technical Specification and preparation of RFQs

• 3D model review

• Familiar with Piping Study Layouts

• Weight Estimation check

• Familiar with Codes and Standards

• Preparation of MTO

• Familiar with Industrial Material grades

• Familiar with Flow analysis

• Carrying out calculations and preparation of reports

• Familiar with Pipe support design

• Familiar with Rules and regulations

• Familiar with Piping Shop drawings

• Familiar with Yard practices

• Familiar with Proposal design and Bids

Software proficiency :

• Familiar with Autocad and 3D modeling software

• Varied portfolio of contracted designs from Bulk Carriers to FPVs to Passenger vessels to Navy Combatant vessels
