Sr. Design Engineer - HVAC

1. 1. Role & responsibilities

1. Perform Design Engineer role for HVAC system.
2. Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for HVAC & Design, Prepare man-hour Estimation.
3. Preparing a list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents, Tender, BOQ, and budget etc.
4. Preparation Concept design on HVAC Design Services.
5. Concept design review and presenting to Clients & Architects for their review.
6. Coordinate with BIM modeler & Drafter and preparation of Detail design documents including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc.
7. Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of HVAC Drawings.
8. Release the tender to various vendors.
9. Clarify the Technical issues at the site. Support the Clients for project execution.
10. Execute the job as per the Innowell Design Execution plan (Standard operating procedures) which is getting updated from time to time.
11. Discuss with Principal consultants on the design requirements.
12. Heat Load calculations review Using HAP
13. Chiller Plant Room design
14. Duct Sizing, condenser & chilled water pipe sizing
15. Co-ordinate with other services

2. Preferred candidate profile

1. The Candidate should have core Drafting Experience HVAC Services.
2. Basic Technical Knowledge and working experience on other MEP services including Electrical, PHE & FPS to have better coordination with all building services
3. Other Soft skills requirements include Verbal & Written communication skills, Planning skills, Problem Solving etc.
4. Team Leader to work with at least 2-3 Trainees.
