Java Developer - Microservices Architecture (3-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our Back-end team. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java-based microservices.

- Work with Spring Boot framework to build and optimize backend systems.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.

- Manage complex relationships in JPA/Hibernate and ensure efficient data handling.

- Integrate with NoSQL databases like MongoDB/DynamoDB for high availability and scalability.

- Implement event-driven design patterns and work with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Ensure smooth microservices interaction with databases and external systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Deploy and manage microservices using Docker and container orchestration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred).

- High-level expertise in Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture.

- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.

- Good understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.

- Hands-on experience with event-driven design and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
