Siebel Developer - CRM (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Siebel CRM applications including screens, views, applets, and business components.

- Develop and maintain Siebel eScript and Siebel VB scripts to automate business processes.

- Integrate Siebel CRM with third-party systems using EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and Web Services.

- Write complex SQL queries to interact with the Siebel database and optimize performance.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Siebel applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Siebel solutions.

What We're Looking For :

- 4+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development and customization.

- Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, eScript, Siebel VB, and Siebel Workflow.

- Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, Integration Broker, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing Siebel data.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business teams.

Bonus Points For :

- Siebel version 8.x or higher experience.

- Experience with Siebel Mobile Web Client and Siebel Analytics.

- Oracle Database experience and Siebel schema knowledge.

- Siebel Certifications (Siebel Developer, Siebel Configuration) are a plus.
