Deputy Manager Sales-Surfactants(Home & personal care)

Purpose:

Ensure sales target are met, collections are received on time, identify new customers for existing products and work on new product launches for surfactant and specialty chemical from home care and personal care

Activities:

1. Empowering sales team to achieve sales target and to identify opportunities in the market

2. To arrive at a plan to meet sales target and achieve the same.

3. Co coordinating with production team for effective production planning to achieve sales target on time.

4. Understanding purchase process for raw materials to control the inventories.

5. Follow up with customers / internal accounts for timely collections

6. Identify new customers in existing and new geographies assigned

7. Periodical visit to customer site for collections, new orders & market updates

8. Retaining existing customer to ensure satisfaction, issue resolutions and retention

9. Monitoring competitor activities in the market to competitive and achieve targets

10. Participating in Brand building activities

11. New product identification to add to portfolio

12. Brings in information on improvements and/or value addition on existing products

13. Conducting periodic reviews with sales team to achieve the target to enhance the sales team performance.
