We are looking for a proactive and skilled Assistant OR Deputy Manager Purchase to join our dynamic team in the Bathware industry. If you have 8-10 years of hands on experience in vendor management(for bathware items), material planning this is your chance to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Supplier Management: Lead procurement for bathware items, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate the best terms for cost-effective sourcing.
• End-to-End PTP Cycle: Oversee the Purchase-to-Payment process, from material planning to inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on purchases and capital expenditures to senior management.
• Cost Optimization: Apply Zero-Based Costing, manage import/export terms (INCO Terms), and track commodity market trends (Brass, Nickel, Ceramic).
• Audit Compliance: Support IMS & ISO audits, ensure documentation is accurate, and maintain audit readiness.
• ERP Expertise: Leverage Microsoft D365 for procurement and supply chain management.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 8-10 years in procurement and vendor management in the Bathware industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Expertise in the PTP cycle, inventory management, and cost optimization.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Microsoft D365).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with materials like Brass, Nickel, and Ceramic. Ability to track market and raw material trends.
• Additional: Ability to travel for vendor visits and product development, experience in handling ISO/IMS audits.
