Job Description
Territory Planning:
- Identification of right geographies based on target consumers.
- Identification of right retail outlets to be converted into a tumbledry store.
- Participation in trade shows for generating leads.
- Competition mapping.
- Channel Partner Life cycle management.
- Partner identification and Appointment in each identified geography.
- Site selection and project management from Appointment of Right Franchise till the store lease agreement.
Key Deliverables:.
- Target achievement for Franchise Partner appointment.
- Franchisee fee revenue target achievement.
- Cost of Franchise acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile:.
- Min 2+ years of proven experience in franchisee management convincing & bringing franchisees. onboard, or B2B sales.
- Experience of managing projects for the retail stores.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, MBA would be an added benefit.
- Bachelor Mandatorily owning a 2 wheeler.
- Willing to travel for 21 days in a month.
- Willing to work on weekends.
- Must be fluent in the local language of the state.
- Preferably from the same state (son of the soil).
