JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Deputy Manager / Manager

Location: Gurugram

Function: FP&A

Reporting to: Associate General Manager

Band:10M

Context & Role:

Purpose:
Work closely with various teams across the company to proactively provide financial insights, driver-based variance analysis, evaluating business case for new initiatives and work on annual business plan. Responsible for producing time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and publish annual business plan as per timelines.
• Support channel to achieve their targets through regular interventions from FP&A. Ensuring Planning and forecasting process is robust and is fair representation of ground.
• Tracking of Expenses and Provisions and ensuring tracking in place & reconciled regularly.
• Deliver incisive and timely reporting of financial and operational results.
• Preparation of review presentations for discussion with Function heads.
• Monthly key business indicator reporting.
• Other adhoc analysis on ongoing basis.

• Accurate and timely reporting

Required qualifications and experience :
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience preferably in the Life insurance sector

Knowledge and skills desired :

• Expertise in financial modelling
• Strong competency in MS office (Access, Power point and Excel)
• Relevant knowledge of accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
