MEP Fit out Manager ( Deputy Manager / Manager )

Greetings for the day!!

We are urgently looking for MEP - Fit out Manager role based out in Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

1. Site readiness, Design checks and approvals

• Coordinating with the MEP and Design teams for respective projects in order to get the

correct Relevant data for retail project.

• Review MEP drawings and design details shared by brands for retail units
• Analysing the same with respect to building design, site typology, utilities services and

sharing feedback and approvals for the same and concluding on final design.

• Ensure readiness of retail spaces in co-ordination with leasing team and CM/HPM team for

brand visits and unit handover.

• Assist Concerned team in Liaison with local authorities MSEB, KDMC & MIDC on need basis

2. Fitouts / Site execution

• Ensuring the execution is done by brand as per approved design/plans and conduct

inspection/audit for fitout completion

• Handling transitions of retail units, Amenities & common area, Snagging and DEsnagging of

MEP systems and getting highlighted points closed for Handover process from Projects

team.

• Review and formalise safe working procedures and work instructions
• Doing the required preopening checks for every store as per intermediate stages defined,

highlighting any deviations to the brand and getting it corrected on time.

• Maintaining a tracker for projects progress for each site separately.

Educational qualification:

BE/B tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
